We only source raw materials from qualified suppliers. All materials undergo quality analysis in our laboratory before storage or processing.
Our incoming material inspection includes, for example: appearance inspection/tensile strength/dimensional inspection/density/Shore hardness/filler composition, etc.
Visual inspection
Tensile strength test
Dimensions
Density detection
Each of our production orders requires first article inspection after the equipment is debugged. The first article inspection is performed and recorded by IPQC and senior engineers.
At each stage of production, operator and IPQC inspections focus on critical dimensions.
Operators are responsible for self-inspection during the production process, especially some critical dimensions, and inspection of first and final products for each section of material.
IPQC inspections are conducted every 2 hours. Covers material type, order number, dimensional inspection, and whether the work instructions all meet the requirements of the production order.
First Article Inspection is designed to provide objective evidence that all engineering design and specification requirements have been correctly understood.
