PTFE lining is a lining used in various industrial applications. The lining is made of a plastic that is known for its chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and low friction properties. Its specific characteristics are:
● Resistant to strong acids and alkalis, the pH can reach 1-14.
● Resistant to the penetration of small molecular gases, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, chlorine, and hydrogen chloride gas.
● High purity, extremely low precipitation rate, in line with the purity requirements of the photovoltaic industry.
● Excellent electrical properties.
● Wide operating temperature, from ultra-low temperature to 150℃.
● Good weather resistance.
● Flame retardant (limited oxygen index greater than 52%), less flammable than traditional fluoroplastics.
● Extremely smooth surface, the smoothest surface among all fluoroplastics, with a very small friction coefficient.
● Strong mechanical properties, harder, stronger and more wear-resistant than traditional fluoroplastics.
(II) Roller coating process
Its characteristics are that steel and plastic are integrated, with strong bonding force, synchronous expansion and contraction, and not easy to delaminate. The lining layer also has the characteristics of no overlap, no bubbles, no pinholes, high impact resistance, good anti-penetration performance, smooth and bright surface like enamel, small friction coefficient, and not easy to scale. Any structural shape equipment, pipelines, and pipe fittings can be processed.
(III) Spraying process
This process has been widely used in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry, food industry, and semiconductor industry, mainly including: PTFE lining products, PVDF equipment, and FEP products.
(IV) Fluorine-lined pipes
The production of F4 lined pipes and pipe fittings in our factory has been finalized and standardized. The manufacturing diameter is DN25-6000mm. The lined pipes are divided into two categories: positive pressure and negative pressure. The lining is composed of F4 material molding and steel outer jacket. Both sides have F4 flanges and standard flanges for installation.
